After having fought a long and serious tourney to determine the next Wester Rapier Champion at March Crown, don't you want to engage in some rapier fighting just for the fun of it? Of course you do, and this is the event to do it!

There will be fun and camping and rapier and more fun and rapier and fighting and did I mention fun, because there will be plenty of that. Bring your rapier gear and all your favorite unusual rapier toys.

For the games please bring any RBG's you have. They will be inspected and tested but we would like to run a couple of possible scenarios with them.

Ladies Rapier Tourney - Hosted by The Matilladores

The August Company of the Martillodores cordially invites all authorized female rapier fighters of every skill level to enter the Saturday, March 28th at the Caer Darth/Falcon's Treaty Rapier event!

For Ladies entering the tournament, you will be asked to contribute a bauble for the treasure chest. The winner of the tournament will not only get first pick from the collected treasure chest, but will be awarded an extra prize from the Company of the Martillodores! After the winner, EVERY participant will then choose a prize out of the treasure chest.

***UPDATE number TWO **
Through the Generosities of the guilds of St. Hildegard and the West Kingdom Potter's guild, there will also be an herbal products basket and a small set of quality hand thrown pottery added to the treasure chest! The company would like to thank the guild members for their generosity!

AND to the top prize, Godric has created a special buckler for the winner of the tourney!

The rapier fighting format will be determined by the number of entrants and the field set up. So, just in case Ladies, please be prepared to use ALL weapons forms.

Bardic Competition and Bardic Circle

After dinner join the Baron and Baroness of Darkwood for the first Falcon's Treaty Bardic Competition and Circle.

For the Competition we will be asking for two pieces: one in praise of rapier, the other will be the Bards Choice.

After the Competiton we will have a general Bardic Circle full of song, story, poem and even some magic from The Baron of Darkwood himself!
